Mat Fees

Registration (Judo NSW)

All Judo members are required to register with Judo NSW, the official state governing body. This annual membership provides essential insurance coverage, allows you to compete, be graded, and train at other clubs.

For beginners, a FREE 4-week trial membership is available from Judo NSW. We can help you sign up for this after your first class with us.

After the trial, annual fees are approximately $150 for Juniors and $190 for Seniors. These are paid directly to Judo NSW via their registration portal.

Other Costs

• Gradings

  $40 - includes belt and nationally accredited grading certificate.

• Uniforms

  We do not require "club official" uniforms but recommend those sold by Essimo Australia. Note that you do not need this for your first few classes to try things out.

  For kid's sizes, these are usually between $50 to $100 and for adults usually between $75 to $150 depending on size and durability.
